5 minute breakfast

I eat breakfast everyday. Yup, I said everyday. Even if I'm in a rush in the morning I still manage to whip a little something to get my day started right. One of my ultimate quickies is an egg sandwich topped with some type of veggie and cheese. Protein + veggie + dairy + grains = breakfast for champions.

Directions:
Scramble one egg with a pinch of red pepper flakes (increase metabolism at the start of the day)
Place cooked eggs on a plate and slice one whole grain English muffin in half
Heat the English muffin halves in the pan for 30 seconds then add scrambled eggs on one slice
Top the eggs with veggies (fresh basil today) and cheese (pepper jack today) and cover with the other English muffin slice
