p.f. chang's banana spring rolls

I've been M I A for the past week, because work has taken over my life. Last weekend I was pretty much stuck in front of my laptop and only had time to break away for a quick bite at P. F. Chang's. Yohan and I love P.F. Chang's because the food is good, the environment is chill, and the sake flight is only $5 ;o) My mind was so preoccupied with work that I only remembered to take pictures when dessert out. Crispy banana spring rolls with coconut-pineapple ice cream topped with fresh strawberries and blackberries and drizzled with caramel and vanilla sauce. This dessert is legit! The coconut-pineapple ice cream alone is enough to make your taste buds dance. Looking at the picture makes me want to run to a P.F. Chang's right now...
