seafood crepe

After a week of family bonding in Manila and Agoo I was ready to hit up Boracay to start the chill part of my vacation. After an hour flight and a bumpy boat ride, my cousin and I finally arrived at the Boracay Regency hotel. Of course the first thing we did was grab a bite to eat, since we started our journey at 4:30 am. We hit up Christina's for an early lunch. My cousin ordered a seafood crepe that came with the biggest shrimp I've ever seen (it could have passed as a baby lobster LOL). The crepe was stuffed shrimp, calamari, and mussels. The sauce was a savory blend of parmesan and mozzarella cheese, garlic, and olive oil. Oh and this was all under $5.

  1. WOW that is fancy!! I was served a "shrimp" that big on a cruise trip and you practically eat it like a lobster! This looks delicious though! YUMO!
