In addition to the "flavor packet" that comes with the dry noodles, I sauced up the dish by adding some corn, one hard boiled egg, chopped spring onions, a few slices of red bell pepper, fresh spinach, shrimp, and a few drops of hot sesame seed oil. Yuuuum! A perfect lunch on this cold day and totally budget babe friendly ;o)
