Cut one avocado into bite size pieces.

Slice a handful of tomatoes ( I cut 1/2 a cup of heirloom tomatoes into halves)

Squeeze 1/2 a lemon on the avocados & tomatoes

Chop up about 1/4 cup of fresh cilantro

Dice up about 1/4 cup of onions (I almost skipped the onions, but I'm glad I didn't. These babies gave the dish a nice kick and much needed crunch)

Drizzle 1 tbsp of olive oil and mix. Add a pinch of salt for taste and a sprinkle of red pepper flakes for heat. Voila!
