a SUPER BOWL of guac

Over the weekend Jack Frost laced my neighborhood with 30+ inches of snow. In an attempt to cure a case of cabin fever, the BF and I trekked to the Kim's to watch the Saints take down the the Colts. Joe made us some guacamole to snack on during the big game.

Sorry that the picture is a little blurry. This has got to be one of the best guacamole dips I've ever had. I found out the trick to this tasty dish: lime zest!

Apparently I was missing out on the great guac + chip combo, but it was still banging with my sliced cucumbers :p
