classico vodka sauce

Because I was confined to my apartment last weekend, I had to eat whatever I had in my pantry. Luckily I had a jar of Classico vodka sauce, a can of diced tomatos, and thin spaghetti, so I whipped up this quick pasta dish. No, I didn't eat it from a cupcake liner, I was just so hungry and forgot to take pictures of the finished product (again). I only had a little left over, just enough to fill a cupcake liner.ingredients:
  • 1 jar of Classico vodka sauce
  • 1 can of diced tomatos (lightly drained)
  • 1/2 package of thin spaghetti
  • 1/2 pint of grape tomatos
  • 1/2 cup of fresh chopped parsley
  • cayenne pepper *optional
directions

1) Boil the spaghetti noodles until al dente, then drain and return the noodles to the pot.
2) Add vodka sauce and diced tomatos to the pot and reduce heat to medium low.
3) Add grape tomatos and chopped parsley to the pot and toss lightly.
4) Add cayenne pepper for heat *optional

  1. Yummo! Bet eating it from the cupcake liner makes it taste extra cute tho! I'm trying it.
