Coastal Flats is one of my go to restaurants, mainly because of its short smoked grilled salmon salad. It tastes good every single time I order it. The salad is served with thin green beans, grape tomatoes, balsamic onions & new potatoes over mixed field greens with champagne vinaigrette. For an extra $1 I add warm goat cheese.
I love the way they cook the salmon! It's the perfect amount of crispy on the outside and has a nice juicy pink center. This ain't your ordinary salad, because I was full to the brim after my last bite.
