double engagment, double the fun

This weekend I met up with some of my favorite girls at Mccormick & Schmicks to celebrate two engagements. After hearing the proposal deets and catching up on our daily lives, we feasted on fresh seafood and washed everything down with glasses of moscato. Like clock work I whipped out my camera to capture the dishes as soon as my food was served, but the dreaded "change battery pack" message flashed across the LCD. Thanks to Sheila's SLR (and awesome speed light) I was able to capture the goodness before it made its way into my stomach.

caprese salad: red & yellow tomatoes layered with fresh mozzarella and topped with basil and balsamic vinegar



After dinner we were all stuffed to the brim, but we managed to save room for a slice of heath ice cream cake!
