
I was never really a fan of capers until now. These little buds pack just the right amount of salt to compliment the smoked salmon.

After chopping up all the veggies and smoked salmon, I loaded each cracker with a bit of cucumber, onion, capers, tomato, smoked salmon and goat cheese. And for health, I drizzled a little bit of extra virgin olive oil on top of all the goodness and hit it up with a dash of cayenne red pepper for some sass.

Nom, nom, nom, nomz! Salmon craving sat-is-fied!
