foto friday: cilantro

I looooove cilantro...

...and here's 5 reasons why you should too:
  • Cilantro acts to increase HDL cholesterol (the good kind), and reduces LDL cholesterol (the bad kind)
  • Cilantro wards off urinary tract infections
  • Cilantro has been shown to reduce menstrual cramping.
  • Helps promote healthy liver function.
  • Cilantro helps ease conjunctivitis, as well as eye-aging, macular degeneration, and other stressors on the eyes.
