garlic shrimp alllll day

This is currently my favorite south beach friendly meal. Just chop up a lot of fresh garlic (I used 10 cloves) and saute in a pan of hot oil for about a minute. Then add fresh shrimp and stir fry until pink. Reduce heat and cover the pan to cook the shrimp thoroughly (about 3 minutes).

  2. omg, i ate this all the time back in VA!! i need to get back on it!!! mmm salivating. i eat it with vinegar too!
