This is currently my favorite south beach friendly meal. Just chop up a lot of fresh garlic (I used 10 cloves) and saute in a pan of hot oil for about a minute. Then add
fresh shrimp and stir fry until pink. Reduce heat and cover the pan to cook the shrimp thoroughly (about 3 minutes).
The sauw sauw: vinegar, fresh minced garlic, and a few shakes of my favorite Dash!
Fresh steamed broccoli to meet the veggie quota.
i thought i was the only one that ate shrimp w/vinegar and garlic.
