We were scheduled to meet at the little red school house/historical museum at 11am, which is in the heart of the historic district of Old Town Scottsdale. The girls and I had a little trouble finding the meeting spot (since we weren't from the area) but with the help of our trusty iphones we were able to find it just in time to meet Annie, our tour guide, and the rest of the group. The tour started off with a little history about Scottsdale and the statues of its founders.
First stop: The Mission
chips & salsa (so fresh & so good)
pork tacos (i don't even like pork and this was DELISH)

I never thought I would enjoy taking shots of olive oil and balsamic vinegar, but this shop had such a tasty stock that we couldn't help but come back after the tour to purchase a few bottles to take home.
third stop: The Cider Mill
