philippines day #5 - jollibee & san miguel light

After a full day of walking outdoors, I was ready to spend an entire day in the mall...AC baby! So we hit up an SM close to the house. I coaxed my mom into having lunch at Jollibee, since it's been over 5 years since my last visit. Jollibee is the McDonald's of the Philippines, there's one on every corner and everyone knows the menu by heart. I ordered the pancit palabok and fries...I know... how "Filipino" lol. The dish wasn't bad, but it wasn't mouth watering either. It definitely tasted like fast food. Don't waste your carbs, just take a picture in front of the jolly bee figure outside the restaurant as a souvenir.


Later on that night I hung out with my cousin and his friends. We had bottles of San Miguel Light all night. So cool and refreshing. I love pale ale ;o)
